Our law firm has recently filed several new cases involving dangerous at-home firepits, telehealth prescriptions gone wrong, unsafe features in new cars, and faulty pool fences.

The surge in cases can be attributed to heightened consumer awareness, advancements and complexities in technology leading to unforeseen risks, and changes in regulations and legal precedents prompting more lawsuits.
